Great sunset location, basic yet clean room. Enjoyed BBQed lobster and lamb. Stayed here 10 years ago and returned. Incredible staff went above expectations. Gorgeous property on beach, inclusive beach dinners. Booked next year's trip before leaving. Superb location, owner very helpful and kind. Rates better than similar resorts. Comfy king-size bed, AC and fan. Clean linens and fluffy towels. Great water pressure in shower. Helpful staff, close to ferry dock and boat mooring. Waterside terrace restaurant, excellent grilled lobster.

The beachside restaurant offered amazing lobster dinners, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was close to the ferry dock and mooring for boats.
The description mentioned a beach shuttle but it was not complimentary, so remember to factor in the cost for round-trip fare to either of the beaches.

The staff was amazing and always eager to help. The beachfront location was ideal, and the complementary drinks were a nice touch. The lobster feast was a highlight of my stay.
The hotel can be a bit noisy at night due to the DJ playing music. Also, the rooms could use a bit of updating, but this wasn't a major issue for me.

Had an amazing New Year celebration with my loved ones at a hotel near the beach. The highlight of our stay was the scrumptious lobster dinner we had on the beach. It was a wonderful experience calling ahead to reserve our seats and having a variety of options like fish, chicken, and ribs. The personnel were very friendly, and the beach bar was a great spot to hang out before dinner. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the waves. We loved the side dishes of salad, bread, rice, and broccoli, and the desserts were to die for. a perfect location for beach lovers with great food and service.
The drink prices were a bit high, and we felt it would have been better if they were included in the meal cost. The only issue we faced was the lack of other activities to do besides the beach.
